You acknowledge that compensation offers can alter and must be verified in writing as part of a formal transaction agreement.

Furthermore, if you are a member of an MLS, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Find BAComps and any information you post here complies with your local MLS rules, regulations, and bylaws.
